Recruitment and Candidate Engagement
As a Clinical Research Recruiter at Actalent, I contributed to recruitment and candidate engagement by identifying qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, and supporting the hiring process. This experience strengthened my skills in communication, relationship-building, and talent acquisition.

Leadership and Staff Support, and Training
In my roles as Early Educational Director, Assistant Director, and Site Director, I supported staff supervision, scheduling, recruitment, training, compliance, and daily operations. A key part of my role was helping new and current staff feel prepared and confident in their responsibilities.
I supported training by guiding staff through daily procedures, workplace expectations, safety requirements, and classroom/program routines. I also helped answer questions, provide feedback, and support staff as they adjusted to their roles. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, support employee development, and create a positive learning environment for staff.

Program and Event Coordination
Through my work with ESN Pécs and Montclair State University, I developed experience in event planning, student onboarding, communication, and community engagement. I helped organize events, support student participation, and create welcoming experiences for both new and international students.
I also gained public speaking experience by presenting and speaking in front of large groups of over 600 people. This helped strengthen my confidence, communication skills, and ability to engage with diverse audiences in a professional and welcoming way.

HR and Administrative Support
At Hirs Sausage Market LLC, I supported onboarding documentation, employee administration, scheduling, payroll tasks, and professional communication. In this role, I helped organize employee records, prepare new hire materials, assist with scheduling needs, and support payroll-related tasks.
